Welcome to The City Bin Co.
It is my great pleasure to Wel come to The City Bin Co. From today, I can promise that you will receive an outstanding service.
First through, let me outline what will happen next.
- Welcome pack: In the next couple of days you will receive your welcome Pack. Where we will confirm you contact details. your chosen options, your collection schedule and other handy information.
- Your New Bins: Your new bins will be delivered within five working days (if they're not new, they will be upcycled and cleaned to the very same high standard). We will then collect your bin(s) every Thursday. Your collection schedule can be viewed here.
- Your Old Bins: We've taken the hassle out of making that difficult phone call. Your Welcome Pack will contain a pre-printed form and freepost envelope in order for you to: a) inform your existing waste collector of the switch, and b) request them, in writing, to take their old bins back. If you paid your old provider by direct debit then please remember to contact your bank and cancel it.
